CCIP : NOMINATED CANDIDATE ANNOUNCEMENT

kembali lagi dengan post tentang CCIP hehe.
Jadi tanggal 3 Februari kemarin alhamdulillah aku dapet email dari AMINEF.
Berikut isi emailnya :
Dear Ms. Fatimah,
I am pleased to inform you that you have been nominated for the 2016 Community College Initiative Program by the American Indonesian Exchange Foundation (AMINEF) Board to pursue a professional enhancement program in the United States for one academic year. However, it is important to note that the final selection for this program will be made in Washington, D.C. and is also contingent upon the amount of scholarship funds available for the 2016 program.
To support your application for the nomination process, you will need to send us a your passport data page and other supporting documents to AMINEF via e-mail. The announcement email regarding this has been sent to you last week. If you haven’t done so, please kindly send these supporting documents on February 5, 2016 at the latest.
Please accept my personal congratulations for your selection as one of the nominees for the Community College Initiative Program. I am hoping that you will finally be selected as one of the representatives from Indonesia in this program. I will write you again as soon as we hear from the selection committee in Washington D.C. regarding the results of the final selections.

Setelah dapet email ini ada supporting documents lagi yang harus kita kirim ke AMINEF , yaitu :
1. Softcopy Form Aplikasi
2. Softcopy & hardcopy Ijazah bahasa Indonesia
3. Softcopy & hardcopy Ijazah bahasa Inggris
4. Softcopy & hardcopy SKHUN bahasa Indonesia
5. Softcopy & hardcopy SKHUN bahasa Inggris
6. Softcopy Paspor
Deadline untuk pengiriman dokumen itu cukup singkat, cuma beberapa hari.
Jadi sebaiknya dokumen tsb disiapkan jauh-jauh hari.
Seneng? Seneng banget pastinya alhamdulillah..
Meskipun masih harus nunggu kepastian dari Washington, tapi seenggaknya udah sampe tahap ini aja udah bersyukur banget.
Perjuangan dari bulan Oktober belajar buat test TOEFL, bikin essay, seleksi berkas, sampe akhirnya dipanggil buat interview itu pengalaman yang luar biasa.
Untuk kalian yang belum berhasil, jangan putus asa.
